1756-L1M2K /ABPLC模块
因为输出部分控制的负载多为感性负载,为此选用固态继电器进行功率放大。但在电路中未加设二极管保护和过压吸收电路;仅在发电机回路中加装了过压吸收保护电路。
系统需要用DC24V供电,而机车电源为DC110V。因此需要一个将DC110V转换为DC24V的开关电源。在改造过程中选用了由四方机车车辆厂设计制造的开关电源。该电源有较宽的输入范围(DC30V—DC135V),既能满足柴油机起动时蓄电池压降大的需要,又不至于电压失调时的过压冲击。
