　　YB3系列隔爆型高效三相异步电动机,是全新设计的全封闭自扇冷式高效笼防爆电机，效率指标满足GB18613<<中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值及能效等级>>能效要求，并符合欧洲EFF1标准。具有高效，节能，寿命长等优点，性能好，振动小，维修方便等特点。是YB,YB2系列普通隔爆型三相异步电动机的升级换代产品。

　　本系列电动机的防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2010《b炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分：通用要求》和GB3836.2-2010《b炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分：隔爆型“d”》标准的规定，制成隔爆型ExdⅠMb 、ExdⅡAT4 Gb、ExdⅡBT4 Gb、ExdⅡCT4，适用于有b炸性气体混合物存在的场所。隔爆型ExdⅠMb 适用于有瓦斯气体存在的场所（采掘工作面除外）。隔爆型ExdⅠMb 适用于有瓦斯气体存在的场所（采掘工作面除外）。隔爆型ExdⅡAT4 Gb，适用于有工厂用IIA类，温度组别为T1，T2，T3和T4组b炸性气体混合物存在的环境。隔爆型ExdⅡBT4 Gb，适用于有工厂用IIB类，温度组别为T1，T2，T3和T4组b炸性气体混合物存在的环境。隔爆型ExdⅡCT4，适用于有工厂用IIC类，温度组别为T1，T2，T3和T4组b炸性气体混合物存在的环境。

　　YB3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is a new design of totally enclosed fan-cooled high-efficiency cage flameproof motors, it meets the requirement of EFF1 in EU and GB 18613,  and has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, long life, good performance, small vibration,convenient maintenance etc., and is a new generation of YB and YB2 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors.

　　This series of explosion-proof motor performance comply with GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 1: General requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 2: flameproof" d "" , and meet the IEC79-1,BS4683 and EN50018. were made flameproof ExdⅠMb, ExdⅡAT4 Gb, ExdⅡBT4 Gb, ExdⅡCT4, applicable to the presence of explosive gas mixtures in place. Suitable for the coal mine underground non mining work face and factories with dangerous places with group IIA, IIB and IIC,  temperature  group are T1-T4 of explosive gas mixture.
