产品介绍：
l FSG-800系列立柱移动式程控重型平面磨床立柱采用双层壁结构，提供高刚性支承，磨头采用重锤式平衡，运动平稳，减轻丝杆负载，精度寿命*。
Double walled column structure, provide high rigid support .Adopt counterweight balance, make the spindle move stably, and reduce the load of the leadscrew , keep the accuracy for a long time.
l 独立式、大容积集成液压站，配备风冷和保压装置，隔绝热源与震动源，为精密磨削提供优异动力
Independent,large capacity integrated hydraulic tank,standard equipped with air cooling and pressurizer,isolate heat and vibroseis, to provide excellent power for precision grinding.
l 上下采用高刚性矩形导轨，并贴有 TURCITE-B耐磨带，磨擦系数低。
High rigidity rectangular guide way is designed on vertical motion,and coat with TURCITE-B belt,to get low friction coefficien
l 左右、前后导轨均采用平一V导轨结构，导向性好，导轨贴有耐磨带，经过人工精密铲刮，保证稳定的工作精度。

l 前后、垂直进给由交流电机驱动，以电子手轮代替传统机械手轮，精度高，操作简便

l 采用西门子7寸高分辨率彩色触摸屏，内置精心设计的磨削程序，强大、友好的人机交互方式，使操作简便而富有乐趣。
