1000x3000立柱移动式程控重型平面磨床为卧轴矩台立柱移动式平在磨床。是集机、电、液等*技术为一体的平面磨削设备。通过在控制面板上进行简单设定，即可进行自动磨削。

The machine is the column-moving grinding machine with horizontal spindle and rectangular worktable. The machine is a very efficient machine consisted by the technologies of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic. The machine can grind the workpiece automatically by do the simple settings through the control panel.

工作台左右移动（X轴）:工作台左右移动采用液压驱动，通床身前端的调速手柄进行无级调速；通过电液阀控制换向。

The worktable longitudinal movement (X axis): the machine's longitudinal movement is controlled by the hydraulic system, the speed of movement can be adjusted by the handle locates in front of the machine. The movement direction is controlled by the electrohydraulic valve.

立柱前后移动（Z轴）：立柱前后移动由伺服电机通过齿形带和丝杆驱动。可以实现点动、边续无级运动、自动间歇进给。配有电子手轮取代传统机械手轮，操作轻松简便。

The column cross movement (Z axis): the column movement is by the timing belt and leadscrew driven by the servo motor. So that the machine can make continuous feed and auto interment feed. The machine adopts the electro handwheel instead of the normal mechanical handwheel to make the operation easily.

磨头上下运动（Y轴）：磨头上下运动由伺服电机带动齿形带和丝杆驱动，配有重垂式平衡装置，有效降低丝杆负载。可以实现点动、边续运动、自动进给。手动进给通过电子手轮控制。

The vertical movement of wheel head (Y axis): the vertical movement of wheel head is driven by the servo motor and leader screw, and equips with the balance-weight device which reduces the leader screw loading. It can realize JOG feed, continuous feed and auto interment feed. The feed manually model is controlled by the electric hand wheel.

液压动力由独立的液压站提供。液压站配有油温控制装置。隔绝热源与振动源，为精密磨削提供强劲驱动力。

The hydraulic power is supported by the hydraulic station. The hydraulic station equips with the oil temperature controller. The hydraulic station can provide the power for the high precision grinding and keep the heat and shake form the machine.

机床配有完善的电气联锁保护。

The machine equips the complete electro interlock protection.
