排屑链板

●排屑链板分为多种，宽度可根据用户要求制做。节距为 31.75mm 单排极限拉伸载荷 22.2KN，主要用于小型主机及短距离输送用。节距为38.1mm单排极
  限拉伸载荷 31.8KN，主要用于中小型短距离的输送。节距为50.8mm 单排极限拉伸载荷 56.7KN，节距为101.6mm 单排极限拉伸载荷226.8KN，这两种型号结构更加牢固可靠，
  适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。
●排屑链板（普通型Ⅰ）销轴在链板中心，绞链上下凸出相同。
●（上平型Ⅱ）销轴在链的下侧成下凸上平面状。
●可输送各种长卷切屑、团状、块状、铜、铝、不锈钢屑以及橡胶、尼龙等非金属材料。
●结构形式为新型的铰接多球面链板。强度高、配合精准、转平稳、无噪音，均经耐磨及耐腐蚀处理。
●材料可根据用户要求制做，不锈钢及冷轧钢板两种。

●Different types of debris removal chian plate are available for use.Their width can be made according to the client requirements.
  Pitch is 38.1mm with max. extension load of 31.8KN . it is mainly used in small-sized machines and short distance transmission.
  Pitch is 50.8mm with max.extension load of 56.7KN. Pitch is 101.6mm with max.extension load of 226.8KN.These two types of chain plates are of stronger
  and reliable structure and suitable for long distance transmission of large- and medium sized machines and production lines.
●Dowel pins of the debris removal chain plate （general type I） are located at the center of the chain plate. Protrusion of the hinge are
  the same on both the upper side and the lower side.
●Dowel pins of the debris removal chain plate （top-flat type II） are located at the lower side of the chain, featuring flat on the upper
  side and protruded on the lower side.
●It is suitable for transmitting various types long curly debris, ball-shape debris, block-shape debris, copper debris, alumium debris
  and stainless steel debris and rubber and nylon materials etc.
●The structure of the chain plate is of the multi-ball-shape chain plate, which has high strength and is of perfect matching, stable
  operation, no noises, even wearing and corrosive resistant.
●Material for the debris removal chain plate can be made available according to the client requirement, which could be either stainless
  steel or cold rolled steel plate.
