性能、特点与用途：
本排屑装置是将机械加工过程中切削下来的黑色、有色金属的切屑、收集、输送至集屑箱中的机床功能部件。可广泛应用于数控机床、组合机床、加工中心、专业化机床、流水线、自动线的切屑输送。输送效率高、输送速度选择范围大，链板结构形式为新型的铰接多球面链板、轻小切屑也不易粘附在链板上，材质选用优质不锈钢板，主要零部件均经耐磨及耐腐蚀处理，工作运转平稳、无噪音，配有机械过载保护及电流过载发讯保护装置，安全可靠，是现代工业生产中*的机床辅助设备，亦可做为小型机件的输送装置。
Performance, feature and application:
This unit is a functional part of the machine tool, which is able to cut, collect and transfer the black debris, ferrous debris to the debris bin. It is widely used in the application of cutting and transferring debris derived from the digital-controlled machine tool, combined machine tool, processing center, specialized machine tool, production line and automatic line. It is of high working efficiency and has wide selection of working speed. Few debris could be struck onto the scraping plate. It is made of light stainless steel plate, which can stand with wearing and corrosion. It produces no noise and operates smoothly. This unit is equipped with overload protection device and overcurrent protection unit. It is an auxiliary equipment being highly needed by machine tools.
