苏州奥德冷油机是一种精密型工业冷油机，是由PID系统控制，选用进口温控器，温差为±1℃，进口耐高温泵浦，高压力，大流量，达到*交换效能。选用高效电热管,使用寿命*，机内主要控制电器和操作元件均为进口，备更换媒体阀门，使用方便，优良坚固机架,护养极便。
苏州奥德冷油机特性与功能
1、防止工作机械因油温的变化而影响精度。
2、防止油质因高温劣化，保持油液粘度不变，使工作机械稳定工作。
3、附有自动故障报警功能，可通过特定的方式及时提醒用户对装置进行检修，以免机件损坏。
4、油温控制以机体温度（室温）为依据，用户可根据机体温度设定油温，防止机械结构产生热变形。
5、沉浸式油液冷却控温装置不受杂质污染，不受切削金属粉末等所干扰，清洁简单、保养容易；安装简便，不占空间。

1.主机采用欧美日进口压缩机,运行可靠,效率高,噪音低。2.进口优质油泵,压力大,稳定性高,恒久耐用。
3.进口数字式控制器,精度高,使用范围广。
4.完善的电气保护系统，具有缺相、错相保护、电流过载保护、高低压保护等确保机组的正常运行。
5.水冷机组冷凝器采用套管式或壳管式，内为螺纹铜管，设计合理，换热效果好；风冷机组散热冷排由翅片加上行列铜管组成，制造时采用二次翻边翅片机械涨管工艺和*换热器生产线，保证优质高效。
