Straightening of elevator guides 

High-speed elevators require high-precision components.
Straightening of elevator guides is a very important process, where Twin machine, specifically designed for profiles and with horizontal force application, is the best solution.
During straightening, the profile lies free on supports and force is applied horizontally, an essential condition for accuracy, repeatability and cycle time. Firstly, the workpiece is measured using a contactless Laser System, this operation is performed in a few seconds over the entire length of the workpiece. This step allows to work with the straightener only where deformation is located.
Machine size depends on the section and length of parts. In order to guarantee a great productivity, elevator guides can be loaded/unloaded by portal systems or others according to customer plant layout requirements or to the production flow to be followed.
