Straightening of laminated, forged and turned bars

Laminated, forged or turned round bars can be processed with Gantry automatic straighteners, available in various sizes (according to workpiece section and length). In the case of combination of round section, square and rectangular workpieces, the best solution is Twin straightener with forces up to 4000 tons. 

Twin straightening machines, with horizontally force application, allow straightening of workpieces with different geometry (round, square, rectangular), as well as measuring and straightening over the entire length, including extremities.

In order to assure the bes productivity, bars can be loaded/unloaded by portal systems or others according to customer plant layout requirements or to production flow to be followed.
