GJT30K型联轴器加热器，适用于小型联轴器、齿轮、齿圈、端盖等快速加热
| 一、联轴器加热器用途： GJT30系列加热器，主要用于联轴器、齿轮、齿圈等多种类型的金属件进行加热，使之膨胀，以满足过盈装配或拆卸的需要。 二、联轴器加热器结构与工作原理 ● 结构 GJT30系列加热器由干式自冷工频感应加热装置（以下简称主机）与控制设备组成。 ● 工作原理 涡流加热： 被加热工件与主机的铁芯组成一闭合的磁回路，工作时，工件中通过主机的磁力线产生涡流而被快速加热。 三、GJT30K联轴器加热器优点： ● 提高效率 工作效率提高4倍以上，操作人员减少80% ； ● 降低成本 节电70%以上，节油*，节约厂房占地面积60%以上 ； ● 保护环境：无油汽油污染空气，有利于环境改善和工作人员的身体健康。 ●提升品质： 加热均匀，工件表面清洁，硬度不变，自动退磁符合JB/T6641-2007 标准 ； ● 运行可靠：操作方便、安全，设备故障率级低，主机三包18个月，绝缘达B级 ；
