塑料球压痕硬度仪概述：

      是在指以规定直径的钢球，在试验负荷作用下，垂直压入试样表面，保持一定时间后单位压痕面积上所承受的平均压力测试仪。
      我公司研制的硬度仪，采用自动加载、计时选择、变形采集等方式、并淘汰了普遍采用的数码块显示方式，而采用触屏彩显中文汉字显示、语音提示。这样，操作者在开机之后就可以根据液晶屏上的汉字提示进行试验操作，*的方便了用户。硬度仪各项参数符合GB3398.1-08塑料 硬度测定 第1部分球压痕法、ISO 2039-1-2001 塑料 硬度测定 第1部分压球法： 等相关标准中的规定。

工作原理：
根据标准相关要求，在由机架、加荷装置、压痕深度指示装置、计时装置及压头（嵌有规定直径的钢球）所构成的机构，由加荷装置在给定试验负荷作用下压头垂直压入试样表面，保持一定时间后单位压痕面积上所承受的平均压力。以kgf/mm2或N/ mm2表示。

球压痕硬度值按下式计算：

       0．21P
H=------------------------
     25πD（h-0.04）
式中：H——球压痕硬度，kgf/mm2或N/ mm2
    P——试验负荷，kgf或N；
    D——钢珠直径，mm；
    h——校正机架变形后的压痕深度，mm。

注：h=h1-h2;
      h1——试验负荷下的压入深度，mm；
      h2——仪器在试验负荷下的机架变形量，mm
