    MEII-4242SQ是2006年洛克机电系统工程（上海）有限公司向市场推出的新款伺服型模具雕刻机，该机采用双立柱龙门式结构，整体铸造，直线导轨，刚性好；采用德国进口滚珠丝杆，高速双CPU-CNC控制系统，脉冲频率达到6.5MHZ,zui高快速移走速可达15m/min。能够自动记忆对刀点坐标，完成刀后自动回到工件原点，同时还具有速度优先，质量优先滑动条，让客户轻松选择当前工作状态。配套1.5KW变频主轴能够很好的满足一般模具雕刻。配合手脉，使操作更简便，更快捷。广泛用于市场所需求的滴塑模、烫金模、泠冲模等各种铜模和钢模的制作加工。

MEII-4242SQ was introduced in 2006 by ROC-Mese （Shanghai） Co. Ltd. The machine uses a double column stand, cast iron built, and linear guide system. It comes with a German ball screw, high speed double CPU-CNC control system. The output pulse frequency achieves 6.5 MHZ, and can move as quick as 15m/min. It can automatically remember knife coordinates as well as go back to the work material’s original starting point. You can control different options such as placing priority on speed or quality. The 1.5Kw high frequency spindle is good for satisfying the most common mould carvings. The hand controller is very easy to operate and allows for faster operations. Suitable for mould injections, heat transfer moulds, press moulds, and other copper and EDM moulds.
