圆锯片磨齿机

1．   本机经过多年的精心设计，是一部专业级的锯片研磨机。

2．   全新的设计，本着操作者的立场所设计的研磨机，其所有的调整杆均做了合理的排列，让操作者可以很容易调整锯齿的切削角、背隙角，齿深及齿锯，所以可以快而准确的研磨了锋利的锯片。

齿形凸轮

1.      经过电脑精密计算模拟，所设计出的工业级的专业齿形凸轮，使你的锯片研磨更为简单、快速精准。

2.      砂轮头可以上下摆动，所以可不必更换砂轮，即可研磨出倒角。

3.      推进爪末端焊有碳化钨，可使进给爪的磨损减至zui低，以达到精确的进给。

4.      本机所有铸铁均采用球状石墨铸铁（fcd-45），并经回火处理，以确保精度，及增加耐磨性。

5.      主要零件均采用skd11高碳钢，并经热处理研磨。

6.      推臂弹簧经过改良，使用回转式弹簧，不易弹性疲乏，确保进给准确。

7.      锯片进给轴支持座，使用高强度铜合金作基材，埋入高科技技术制造之固体润滑剂，其高负荷，耐磨耗的特性更达到*无给功能。

8.      进给轴使用￠<st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="false" hasspace="false" unitname="mm" source＆#118alue="30">30mm，加大轴心并经热处理及研磨。
