QC11Y-1000型系列重型液压剪切机

性能与特点：
1、主机采用全钢板焊接，永无变形及撕裂。设备在工作时无需水泥基础固定，可随时更换工作场地。弥补了目前国内锻压机械行业空白。
2、进行剪切工作上刀架与动力主油缸无任何运动关节，永无损坏。（一般剪板机都采用十字轴、关节轴承连接，这种连接装置易损坏，不易维修。）我们的产品通过精密的设计，摒弃了这路传统连接装置，做到无运动关节连接，永无损坏。
3、设备无需人工加润滑油，本机设有自动润滑系统。减少维护时间。
4、整机液压系统只采用一只电磁溢流阀用以控制卸荷起动及系统安全，使操作更方便（操作控制箱只设定：启动、停止、工作三个操作键，使操作员工作无烦恼）。
5、配备氮气回程器，使上刀架完成剪切快速复位。
6、四刃口矩形刀片，翻转使用四次后，可重磨再次使用，降低生产成本
