双轴数控走心机

       我公司生产的ST、TQ系列机床是瑞士型数控纵切车床，属于电脑走心机类型的车铣复合机床。该类机床适合长度比较大的“细长轴类"零件以及“细小"零件的大批量、多品种、高精度的加工任务。机床的刀具排布采用两轴控制排式刀架结构，结构简单、换刀快捷、可靠性高。舒特机床具有超长行程的Z轴，行程可达240mm。因此机床在加工较长零件时，和同类机床相比，可以明显减少送料次数，提高加工效率。对于许多长度在240的零件，可以一次送料完成零件全长度的加工。
