（1）数控系统采用“中国台湾亿图CNC数控系统”。加工效率高，效果好，图形化编程，支持模块加工轨迹编程，满足不同种类的铣，削加工要求，易学易用；

（2）部件优良，主要部件均采用高稳定性能的进口部件，主轴轴承为高精度进口陶瓷轴承，噪间低、寿命长；

（3）床身全钢结构焊接而成，经时效处理，长期使用变形。采用重型机床的台面和龙门式横梁结构，结构稳固；

（4）AB工位交替加工，可实现一工作位加工，另一工作位上下料的不间断生间加工；

（5）左右工作台上采用两端顶料360度旋转夹具，可一次完成多种复杂工件加工；

（6）配有4组不同的刀具，具备360度任意角度的钻孔、铣槽、榫头等铣削加工功能；

2. The components are excellent, the main components are all imported components with high stability, and the spindle bearings are high-precision imported ceramic bearings, with low noise and long life.

3. The machine bed is made of welded steel structure, after aging treatment, it will never deform after long-term use. The table top and gantry beam structure of heavy-duty machine tools are adopted, and the structure is stable.

4. Alternate processing at ab station can realize processing at one station and uninterrupted processing of loading and unloading at the other station.

5. The left and right worktables adopt 360-degree rotating fixtures for lifting materials at both ends, which can complete a variety of complex workpiece processing at one time;

6. Equipped with 4 sets of different tools, with 360-degree arbitrary angle drilling, milling, tenon and other milling processing functions.
