焊接机器人烧导电嘴的原因
焊丝调直性及表面光洁度等原因
焊接机器人的焊丝往往是筒装或盘装的,还带有毛刺或罗纹,所以有可能影响到焊丝与导电嘴之间的接触,而在焊接机器人焊接时,导电嘴应在稳定导电的前提下提供小的摩擦。脏焊丝的导电嘴期限可能仅为使用干净焊丝的三分之一;判断焊丝质量,焊丝的退火应力去除程度,表现就是调直性如何:试验反馈杂技焊枪嘴前部50mm处,焊丝是否能自动打弯,靠前打弯说明焊丝太软,靠后打弯说明太硬,硬的焊丝对导电嘴费;其次从送丝机到焊枪这段送丝软管是否打弯,也会造成焊丝弯度。
送丝速度或者熔敷量多少
相对来说,直径越小的导电嘴使用期限越短。同样是300A的电流,1.2和1.6焊丝单位时间的填充(熔化)量基本是一样的。1.2的焊丝长度是1.6的两倍,也就是说同样的电流同样时间内,1.2的导电嘴的磨损量几乎是1.6导电嘴的两倍。假设1.6的和1.2的导电嘴都磨损了0.2mm,这0.2mm是1.6的12.5%,是1.2的16.7%,1.2的焊丝的跳动范围更大。
