1756-MVI/ABPLC模块
采用了PLC改造GK1F机车电气控制系统,改变了机车传统的电气控制方式。PLC的输入、输出部分和固态继电器均有发光二极管显示,方便了检修人员查找电气故障,提高了检修效率,进而提高了机车利用率。自改造至今电气故障大大减小,设备利用率提高经济效益显著。
但在我们也应当看到,我们对PLC的应用还是比较初级的。在状态检测和状态记录、无级调速的步进控制(直接采用PLC控制,取消原来的电子调速控制箱),以及人机界面的适时显示均是空白。随着技术的提高,我们不应当满足现有的改造,应当在上述方面进行进一步的提高,从而创造更大的经济价值
