卧式连续拉床

卧式连续拉床采用卧式连续拉削加工方式，人工上料，自动落料，上下工件过程中无需停机，适用于大批量中小零件加工。夹具安装于链条上，工件固定在夹具上随链条作循环运动，拉刀固定在机床上。工件的夹紧松开由机床的机械机构实现。单台机床中可装夹多套夹具，通过更换夹具、拉刀、调整拉削速度实现多品种切换。

●机床拉削速度无级可调，触摸屏上可实时显示拉削速度。

●电机可正反转，在紧急情况下可让电机反转。

●夹具安装在链条上，采用楔块夹紧及松开，切换品种时可无须更换夹具。

●机床采用触摸屏和PLC控制。机床有防错机构、计数机构，触模屏上可设定拉削次数，一个计数周期完成时提示更换拉刀。上料区配置安全光幕，防止操作者发生意外。

●该机床生产效率高，连续拉削，适用大批量生产。

         Adopting continuous broaching method, this horizontal continuous broaching machine supports manual workpiece loading and automatic workpiece unloading without downtime. It is suitable for the mass production of small and medium-size parts. Workpieces can be fixed in the fixtures mounted on chain and they will circulate along the chain while broaching tool is fixed in the machine body. Workpieces can be clamped and unclamped through a mechanical unit. One set of machine allows to mount multiple fixtures. The exchange of different types of parts can be realized by changing fixtures, broaching tools and work speed.

           cycle is finished, a warning of changing tools will be displayed. Workpiece loading area has safety light curtain to protect operator from accidents.
