♦工作台垫板下方设有液压垫，工作台垫板上面设有足 够的顶杆孔、液压垫的工作范围分为拉伸、顶出和不顶 出三种。
♦The machine frame is entirely welded with steel plates,compare with the common machine, This machine has high rigidity and precision.The machine is fitted with Siemens HMI screen,and accurately controlled by the main system.accurate magneto strictive position sensors and pressure sensors.
♦ Imported hydraulic servo valve and proportion pressure valve are adopted. The machine tool runs in extremelyhigh speed, and is free from any impact in balance state. Achieving precision oft he ram and cushion positioning and pressing.
♦It has monitoring software specially prepared for the hydraulic system with curve diagram and digital display for operating cycle time, pressure setting, rem position, time for pressure release, travel speed，travel setting, complete I/O information，single section or several section data setting as well as alarming for errors.
