调模系统：采用*齿轮液压调整，确保定、动模板*的平行。

射料系统：采用了目前国外前置压射回路，有效提高压射速度和减短系统的建压时间。

电路系统：采用三菱、欧姆龙触摸屏集成控制，使套机稳定性更高，报警内容提示可快速排除故障。

锁模系统：模板和机铰采用高强度球墨铸铁坚固耐用，哥林柱采用特殊工艺制作。

熔炉系统：选用设备：柴油炉、煤炉、电加热。

冷室机技术装备 COLD CHAMBER TECHNOLOGY

1、高应答、高可靠性，提高射出性能快速填充回路从而降低能耗。另外采用活塞密封件方式不需保养，而氮气不会泄露。
2、提供二段式慢压射及快压射速度选择，适合生产各种产品要求。
3、四段压射系统，可生产高精度产品。

1、Rigidity of the shot end is increased, holding the C-frame securely against vibrations during shots, and maintaining the shot alignment. Furthermore, if facilitates from the short sleeve to the long sleev （optional）, meeting the customer's various needs.
2、The use of piston type accumulator has advantages over conrentional bladder type because the piston type is more reliable, accurate, maintenance free and has a longer life. Moreover ,the accumulator is equipped with a horizontal connection unit which enables steady and safe injection operation.

机械的简单介绍:

1、油泵油阀:采用*液压元件<油研、力士乐、威格士等品牌>。

2、电脑（PLC）电器元件：采用日本三菱电脑，具有故障显示报警功能.电器元件采用日本或欧美产品。

3、电机:采用东莞*电机（全国免检产品）。

4、哥林柱：采用优质高抗拉力材料，内部采用调质去应力处理，外部采用表面渗碳精磨镀硬铬工艺，比其它同类型产品寿命更长。

5、油管:采用中国台湾产品,内含四层钢丝,更加经久耐用。

6、模板：采用国内目前可延伸系数高达700的高韧性球铁。具有耐用,不变形等特点。

7、调模机构：油压式齿轮调模，操作简单、稳定性高。

8、射料机构：加强型两速射料控制；经改进后的射料系统，其稳定性更强.适合一切高品质铸件的生产,而且热作件通用性广，大大节省客户使用成本。

9、安全保护：机器自动润滑时,欠压缺油自动停机。另具有锁模低压保护、手动锁模双手操作、锁模机后无人操作及射料动作六级防护等保护程序，有效保护机器、模具及操作工的安全。
