塑料制品压制成型分为热固材料的成型和热塑性材料的成型。如电器行业酚醛塑料。如日用品行业聚四氟乙烯塑料，改变控制程序对汽车行业摩擦材料也可以进行压制，如刹车片、本系列塑料制品液压材料机采用插装阀集成系统，电器采用plc可编程控制，压制动作一般为滑块快下，减速下行，慢速压制成型（有时需排气）保压、泄压、滑块微回，快回*限，顶出缸快顶，顶出缸退回、手工取料并加料。压机的动作构成有高低压组合泵，在快速下滑时则自重下行充油补油实现，因而可大大降低快速阶段所需功率，在快速预压制时，高低压泵均参与工作，在压力达到一定值或压制到某一设定位置后，低压泵泄压，而只有高压泵工作。这样形成低速压制，便于材料充分流动及气体排出模腔。本系列液压主要元件的配置的优越，大大提高了产品的可靠性。如液压件采用北京液压件厂产品，热电偶也为产品。本公司可根据用户的要求制造加宽加高的压机。
