MK1320数控外圆磨床
1、采用FANUC-0i数控系统或华中数控系统。
2、砂轮架主轴系统可选用采用进口高精度主轴轴承（FAG）的主轴也可选用采用具有我公司自主知识产权的液体动静*承主轴（ 2011 2 0025461.6）。
3、头架：头架采用交流变频电机驱动，拨盘转速为5—500rpm，交流变频器由数控系统控制，能在磨削过程中根据磨削工艺自动变换转速。
4、尾架：尾架主轴采用高精度密集滚珠轴承支承。
5、砂轮修整器：安装在头架或尾架上，前置式金刚刀片修整砂轮，通过X轴与Z轴联动，能对砂轮实现外圆、端面、圆弧或多台阶的修整。
6、测量系统：测量系统可选配意大利马波斯；中原精密有限公司；日本东京精密的径向和轴向测量仪。
